Fixed problem with syncing pictures taken with iLifeline iPhone app, added automatic rotation of pictures using Orientation EXIF tag and reduced the size of pictures in reports to half of the previous size.

Added a sync manager for use with our new iPhone app, iLifeline. Also, images are now copied to an images folder associated with the report file. Minor adjustment to report format can still import reports from previous versions of Lifeline, but reports saved by this version are not compatible with previous versions of Lifeline.
